Terms of Service

Last updated October 28, 2026. These terms cover Supa Transfer's apps and supatransfer.app, made by Aura Scale Software. By using them you agree to these terms. Questions: hello@supatransfer.app.

Your account

The apps need an account, and you're responsible for what happens under it. Keep your email account and devices secure, and sign out of devices you no longer use.

Plans

• Free: up to 50 GB of sending and 50 GB of receiving a month. Each share counts its full size once, when its ticket is made, and each download its full size once, when it starts. Both allowances start over on the 1st of each month (UTC), not when an account is deleted and made again.
• Pro: unlimited sending and receiving for $2.99 a month (or the price the store shows where you live). It renews monthly until you cancel. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

Where you buy Pro decides who sells it and where you manage it:

• In the iPhone or iPad app: sold by Apple and charged to your Apple ID, under Apple's terms. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID's subscriptions (Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions); refunds are Apple's to give. Deleting your Supa Transfer account doesn't cancel it.
• In the Android app: sold by Google and charged to your Google account, under Google Play's terms. Manage or cancel it in Google Play's subscriptions; refunds follow Google Play's policy. Deleting your Supa Transfer account doesn't cancel it.

We may change prices or plans. We'll tell Pro subscribers by email before a price change applies to them.

What you send

You're responsible for the files you send and for who you give tickets to: anyone with a ticket can download while you share. Don't use Supa Transfer to send anything illegal, anything you don't have the right to share, or malware, and don't try to get around the plans' limits or disrupt the service. We may close accounts that do.

The service

Supa Transfer is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and secure, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that every transfer will finish. Keep copies of anything important. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Supa Transfer and delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and its date, and email account holders about big changes. Using Supa Transfer after a change means you accept it.
